Different works come together in a solo exhibition centered on the practice of fishing, placed in dialogue with the artist’s own practice through questions, research, waiting, the process of invention, and the encounter with artworks as one might encounter a fish.
Photographs, archival images, and a sound installation—developed from interviews with people who practice fishing—alternate throughout the exhibition space alongside animals retrieved from seas, wells, and swimming pools, as well as others driven by different intentions, as in the case of The Turtle: to think or to die.
